As a courtesy to all stylists,  we require a minimum 48 hour notice for any cancellations including rescheduling.  Most stylists are booked weeks out and must try to fill any gaps when a cancellation is received.  A 24 hour notice gives them the time to contact other clients to try and fill the appointment.
